
Frequently used in Indian, African and Asian dishes or can be used for sauces, dressings and chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil releasing the flavour.
Normal amount in a pot would be approx. 40g.

MUSTARD. May contain traces of CELERY seeds and may also have come in contact with allergens in supply chain/packing.
Usage Tips
Sprinkle into cheese sauces, or cooking with pan-fried vegetables. Great added to pickles, chutneys and curries for extra flavour. Also great mixed with mayonnaise for potato salad.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
