Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed we will hand pick and pack it and post via Royal Mail.

You should receive your order within 5 working days of placing it.  If you have not received it, please let us know on hello@thevillagerefill.co.uk.

If you have any questions about delivery or special requirements, please do contact us or leave a note in order notes at checkout.

0-2kg     £4.95

2-10kg   £7.05

10-20kg £10.50

Packing materials

We pack all orders in either kraft paper bags or glass bottles/jars. These are then packed in cardboard boxes, and sealed with paper tape.

You may receive your order in reused repurposed packaging.  Reused packaging is more eco-friendly as it doesn't use any new resources, other than some extra recycled paper tape.

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Order before 12pm and your order will be dispatched the same day.
