YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Our Products

Are Your Products Organic?

Many of our products are organic, and we're always looking to expand our organic range. Where a product is certified organic, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. If you have a specific product in mind, feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help!

Are Your Products Vegan?

Yes, where possible! It's really important to us that our products are vegan, cruelty-free and ethically sourced. We work hard to ensure there's a vegan alternative across our entire range.

Where Are Your Products Made?

Wherever possible, we source products manufactured right here in the UK — and we're always on the lookout for new suppliers to help us achieve this. Where a UK-made option isn't available, we source as close to home as we can.

Do You Produce the Products?

No — we're curators, not manufacturers! We carefully select and source all of our products from trusted suppliers who share our values.

Will You Add More Products?

Always! We're constantly on the hunt for brilliant new products. If there's something you'd love us to stock, please do let us know — we'd love to hear from you!

Our Shop

Do You Have a Physical Shop?

Yes! Our shop is based at Yarnton Home and Garden Centre, stocking our full range and more. We're open 7 days a week — Monday to Saturday 9am–5.30pm and Sunday 10.30am–4.30pm. The shop is self-service, but if you'd like a hand, one-to-one assistance is available daily between 11.30am–3.30pm.

Is There Parking Available?

Yes! There's plenty of free parking available at Yarnton Home and Garden Centre — so no need to worry about where to leave the car. 🚗

Orders

I Haven't Received My Order Confirmation

Don't worry! First, check your junk or spam folder as it may have landed there. If you still can't find it, please drop us a message via the contact page and we'll get it sorted for you.

What If I Have an Allergy or Sensitivity?

Your safety is our priority! All product pages include a full ingredient list — please check these carefully before ordering if you have any allergies or sensitivities. You can also read our full Allergens Statement. If you're unsure about a specific product, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll be happy to help. If you have an allergy, please advise us in the checkout notes.

Returns & Containers

Can I Return My Containers?

Yes! We reuse all of our containers. Just like a milk round, when you place your next order we'll collect your returnable glass amber bottles, jars and cotton bags — and credit your account with £1 per item returned. Please note this is available on local deliveries only; we're unable to collect on nationwide orders. However, you can post your empties back to us and we'll credit your account once received.

Do You Clean the Bottles?

Absolutely! All bottles are thoroughly washed at 65°C and fully dried before reuse — whether they're brand new or coming back for a refill. Hygiene is really important to us!

Can I Refill My Own Containers?

Yes — the best container is the one you already have! Just make sure it's clean, dry and suitable for the product you're filling it with. Please note we no longer offer doorstep refills into your own containers, but you're very welcome to bring them along and refill in store.

Can I Use My Own Containers?

Yes! Feel free to decant into your own containers — just make sure they're clean, dry and suitable for the product. Avoid using food or drink containers, and always stick the product label on to avoid any mix-ups. Safety first! 😊

Sustainability

Is Your Packaging Eco-Friendly?

We take packaging seriously! All orders are packed using reused and repurposed cardboard boxes and paper from our own deliveries. We use paper tape — no plastic in sight. For local deliveries, we also collect and reuse our own containers, so very little goes to waste. 🌿

What About Carbon Emissions?

We take this seriously! We run on a combination of 100% renewable electricity from the grid and our own locally generated solar power. All local deliveries are made by e-bike or electric van — completely zero emission. 🌱

Are You Completely Plastic Free/Zero Waste?

We aim to be as close to zero waste as possible! We won't deliver anything to you that'll end up in landfill, and all of our product packaging can be returned to us for reuse. Every little step counts. 🌿

How Do You Fill Your Bottles?

Great question! All of our liquid refill products are bought in bulk in large reusable containers. When we receive a delivery, the supplier takes back the empty bulk containers to refill and reuse — so the cycle continues with minimal waste. 🌿

Delivery & Collection

Do You Deliver Locally?

We deliver locally to: Abingdon, Begbroke, Bladon, Bletchingdon, Cassington, Charlbury, Combe, Cutteslowe, East End, Enslow, Freeland, Islip, Long Hanborough, New Yatt, North Leigh, Stonesfield, Tackley, Kennington, Kidlington, Kirtlington, Wolvercote, Woodstock, Woodleys, Worton, Wootton, Wytham, Yarnton, and the villages in between. Do You Post?

Yes! We post nationwide with Royal Mail — chosen for their comparatively low carbon footprint. We reuse and repurpose packaging, cardboard boxes and paper from our own deliveries, and use paper tape to keep things plastic-free. Please note that we're unable to collect returnable bottles on nationwide orders. You're welcome to return them by post, though you'd need to arrange and cover the postage yourself.

Can I Collect?

Yes! You can collect from our shop at Yarnton Home and Garden Centre. Order by midday for same-day collection between 11.30am–3.30pm, or by arrangement with customer services. We'll send you an email or text as soon as your order is ready — please wait for this before heading over!

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

There's no minimum order! We offer free local delivery on all orders over £40 — otherwise a small service fee of £4.00 applies.
