Delivery Costs

You can shop plastic-free anywhere in the country! We offer a UK wide delivery service, or you can order online and collect in store.

We pick and pack orders within 2 working days, then dispatch via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 5 working days from order placement. If your order hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@thevillagerefill.co.uk. For delivery questions or special requests, reach out directly or add a note at checkout.

Delivery prices 

2- 4 working days (from order date)

0-2kg            £4.95

2-10kg           £7.05

10kg- 20kg   £10.95

Orders over 20kg will be sent in two parcels priced above.

Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery up to 20kg. Orders exceeding 20kg receive free delivery when the order value reaches £250.

LOST ORDERS

Please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.

If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order resent to you.

Packing materials

We pack all orders in either kraft paper bags or glass bottles/jars. These are then posted in cardboard boxes, and sealed with paper tape.

All material used is 100% recyclable and plastic free. We even reuse the packing material we receive from our suppliers to pack your orders.  Kraft paper is not bleached so minimises the use of harsh chemicals in its production, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
