Delivery Costs

You can shop plastic-free anywhere in the country! We offer a UK wide delivery service, or you can order online and collect in store.

Once your order has been placed we will pick and pack it within 2 working days and post via Royal Mail. You should receive your order within 5 working days of placing it.  If you have not received it, please let us know on hello@thevillagerefill.co.uk.

Delivery prices 

2- 4 working days (from order date)

0-2kg            £4.95

2-10kg          £6.95

10kg- 20kg   £10.95

Orders over £100 - FREE DELIVERY subject to a maximum weight of 20kg. Should your order exceed 20kg we add a charge of £10.95.

LOST ORDERS

Please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.

If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order resent to you.

Packing materials

We pack all orders in either kraft paper bags or glass bottles/jars. These are then posted in cardboard boxes, and sealed with paper tape.

All material used is 100% recyclable and plastic free. We even reuse the packing material we receive from our suppliers to pack your orders.  Kraft paper is not bleached so minimises the use of harsh chemicals in its production, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
