DELIVERED WITH CARE, PACKED WITH PURPOSE

DISPATCH + DELIVERY TIMES

We pick and pack your order within 2 working days, then send it on its way via Royal Mail. You can expect delivery within 5 working days from when you place your order.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday — we'll do our best to dispatch the same day, though during busy periods it may take 1–3 days. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering. Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

POSTAL RATES

United Kingdom only — Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery:

0–2kg: £4.95
2–10kg: £7.05
10kg–20kg: £10.95

Orders over 20kg will be sent in two parcels, priced as above.

Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery up to 20kg. Orders exceeding 20kg get free delivery when the order value reaches £250.

PACKAGING

We pack all orders in kraft paper bags or glass bottles/jars, posted in cardboard boxes and sealed with paper tape. We're proud to say everything we use is 100% recyclable and plastic-free!

We even reuse the packing materials we receive from our suppliers — because why not? Kraft paper is unbleached, which means fewer harsh chemicals in its production and a kinder footprint on the planet. 🌿

LOOSE FOOD + ALLERGENS

All our food refill products are weighed and packaged with care right here in our shop. Your food items will arrive in compostable paper bags — good for you and the planet!

Possible cross contamination — The following potential allergens may have come into contact with your order during transport, packing, or production:

Gluten, Oats, Wheat, Peanuts, Soya, Milk, Nuts, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide

Please note: We do our very best to make sure all allergen information is correct and up to date, but we're unable to accept liability in instances where it may be inaccurate.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS?

If your parcel seems to be delayed, please get in touch as soon as you can — your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. If you're still concerned after 10 working days, please reach out straight away and we'll get on it!

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 21 working days, please let us know so we can look into it with Royal Mail.

Please double-check your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase — it's the customer's responsibility to make sure all details are accurate. Unfortunately, orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced if the delivery details provided were incorrect.

If your item is returned to us undelivered (due to an incorrect address, not being collected from the courier in time, etc.), you'll need to cover the full postage cost to have it resent.
