Returnable Refills
If you order refills for your own bottles or our 'forever bottles', the refills are delivered to you in these glass amber bottles, which can be returned for reuse.
You pay £1 deposit for these, if you return them you earn reward points to spend on your next order.
Cotton Bags
You can choose to have selected loose foods devivered in returnable cotton bags, instead of in paper bags.
You pay £1 deposit for these, if you return them you earn reward points to spend on your next order.
Bottle Bags
These high quality jute bags are designed to hold your doorstep refill orders and your empties.
You can order these bags, but you also get them free with your doorstep refills, the idea being that you return your refills in them. Each bag comfortably holds 6 bottles or jars.
Repurposed Packaging
We make good use of every piece of packaging delivered to us. This means your order might be delivered in a reused cardboard box, we also use paper tape and repurposed paper and cardboard packaging material.
