Products available in returnable containers are prefilled at the shop and dropped off or exchanged for an empty one on the delivery date.
All empty containers must be left on the doorstep by 8am on delivery day.
Container deposits (£1 per item) are credited to your customer account on return.
We no longer refill containers on the doorstep.

Create you own refill Station at Home
ShopBuy bulk with our repurposed 5L tubs or if space is tight our 2.5L tubs. And of course, return your empties to us for refilling.

Returnable Refills
ShopYou'll receive your chosen product in a pre-filled glass amber bottle or jar with a screw cap. When you re-order we will exchange your bottle/jar for a clean pre-filled one.
