Cooking Instructions 

As a stock: 4 level tsp (20g) per litre.

As a Hot Drink: 1 level tsp (5g) per cup of boiled water. A delightful beverage with only 12 calories per cup.

As Seasoning: Sprinkle lightly to enhance the flavour of all savoury dishes.
