Sweet Almond Oil ORGANIC (100ml)

Organic sweet almond oil is cold pressed from the organic kernels of the almond tree. This carrier oil is yellow in colour with a neutral scent.

100% pure. Great moisturising and emollient properties. 

Sweet almond is suitable for all skin types including dry, oily and combination skin. It is also lightweight and easily absorbed into the skin.

It is a popular choice in cosmetics like soap, shampoo, body butter, lotions, creams, conditioner, moisturisers, massage oil and body oils.

Uses

As a natural body oil, face moisturiser, hair treatments, in body or massage oils and other homemade beauty products.

Hair treatment: Apply to your hair and scalp, then cover with a towel and leave it on for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours, to nourish and strengthen your hair. Afterwards, wash your hair as usual.

Body scrub:  Mix with sea salt for a gentle and nourishing body scrub, or combine it with brown sugar for a revitalising scrub suitable for sensitive skin and facial use. Blend to a ratio of 1:2 of almond oil to brown sugar/salt.

Cuticle treatment: Massage a little almond oil into your cuticles to moisturise and soften. For an even more effective cuticle and nail treatment, add a drop of lemon essential oil to a teaspoon of almond oil.
