Sumac ORGANIC (per 50g)

Dark red sumac has a vibrant citrusy tang, and is a favourite store-cupboard spice for Middle Eastern cooking.

Made from crushed berries, sumac gives a bright, acidic kick to meat and vegetables.

For an easy way to enjoy its unique flavour scatter it generously onto fresh salads, or sprinkle into fluffy cooked rice.

Rub onto meats or fish before grilling. Combine with oil and drizzle over salads, or sprinkle over vegetable dishes for a tangy citrus like Middle Eastern flavour.
