Soya Chunks (per 300g)

Soya chunks or TVP as they are also known as are made from 100% soya beans. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans who perhaps miss some of their favourite meat containing meals such as sizzling fajitas or comforting stews.

Use

1 part Textured Vegetable Protein: 2 parts liquid. Soak in stock before cooking to enhance flavour.

Cook for 30 - 45 minutes - or until tender.
