Emmer MEZZI RIGATONI ORGANIC (per 500g)

Made with stoneground wholegrain emmer so that none of the amazing nutrional and health benefits of this grain are lost in the milling process. Not to degenerate any of the vitamins Pastificio Carleschi produce and dry their pasta at a low temperature - nothing is lost in the artisan process.

Emmer tastes of hazelnut, toasted walnut, leather and dark chocolate.

Cooking Time

Cook in boiling, salted water for 9 minutes, or until al dente.
