Roasted late harvest crisps of parsnip, beetroot and carrot, kettle cooked in rape seed oil. All ingredients grown in Staffs.

Because these are the last harvest of the season, the natural sugars in the veg is at its highest so the fry very brown - that doesn't mean they are overcooked.
