Keep frozen until ready to cook.
How to Cook
How to Cook
Cook from frozen for a crisp, even finish.
Oven: Place on a baking sheet and cook at 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7 for 20 minutes turning once, halfway through.
Deep-fry: Heat oil to 180ºC and cook for 10 minutes.
Air fry: Heat air fryer to 180°C. Place fish fingers in a single layer and cook for 13 minutes, turning half way.
Serve straight away while the crumb is at its crunchiest.
