These golden, crispy and irresistibly tasty halloumi sticks are the perfect partner for dips.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Spread sticks evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7. Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Deep fry: Pre-heat oil to 175°C. Place sticks in the fryer and cook for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Air fry: Not recommended.

Halloumi Cheese (41%) (Cow’s Milk, Goat’s Milk, Sheep’s Milk, Mint), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Rice Flour, Wheat Starch, Stabiliser: Methyl Cellulose; Potato Starch, Salt, Raising Agents: Sodium Carbonates, Diphosphates; Yeast, Emulsifier: Mono- and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.
