Fajita Seasoning (per 100g)

Fajita seasoning infuses the finest ingredients including Paprika, Yellow Mustard Powder, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.

For a taste of Mexico why not mix with a little Honest Toil olive oil and use to marinade fresh vegetables of your choice. Stir fry over a high heat for 5-6 mins and serve in tortilla wraps with fresh guacamole.

Use

Sprinkle over sliced chicken, onion and peppers, towards the end of cooking.  Serve wrapped in flour tortillas with soured cream and salsa.  Alternatively, sprinkle over tortillas chips and cheese before grilling for nachos.
