Epsom Salts (per 500g)
Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate). Use in baths to soothe sore muscles.
Epsom Salts has been used for hundreds of years as a natural remedy to help relieve stress and tension. Epsom Salt is actually Magnesium Sulphate, the name comes from the famous natural spring in Epsom, Surrey where it was first discovered.
Its suitable for full body bathing or foot baths.
Can also be used for cleaning.
Use in the garden to fertilise plants and repel bugs.
How to use:
Cleaning
Use as a bathroom scrubbing powder by mixing with soap and baking soda or bicarbonate.
Clean toilets by mixing with some washing up liquid and leaving in the bowl for 20 minutes before scrubbing with the toilet brush.

Bath Soak
Dissolve Epsom Salt in a warm bath at around 37-39C, then relax and enjoy.
For general wellbeing use between 100g - 250g (1/2 - 1cup) per bath for 20 minutes.
To help relieve tried and aching muscles, particularly after exercise, use between 500g - 1kg (2 - 4 cups), per bath for 20 minutes.
Foot Bath
Dissolve between 250g - 500g (1 - 2 cups) of Epsom Salt in a warm 4-5 litre foot bath at around 37C for 20 minutes.
