Cajun seasoning is a wonderful blend of spices including paprika, chilli, cumin, coriander, and fennel, along with salt, onion powder, oregano and garlic powder.

Use to season everything from jambalaya to roasted sheet pan dinners to stir-frys, soups and kabobs.
