Sleep Spray

A calming aromatherapy spray for bedtime. Napiers Sleep Spray blends English Lavender, Marjoram and Frankincense essential oils to create a peaceful, settling atmosphere — spray onto pillows, bedding or into the air as part of your evening routine.

Made by Napiers the Herbalists — Scotland's oldest herbalist, established in Edinburgh in 1860.

Key botanicals

• English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) — one of the most widely used calming essential oils, long associated with relaxation and sleep
• Marjoram (Origanum majorana) — warm and comforting, traditionally used to ease tension and support restful sleep
• Frankincense (Boswellia) — grounding and restorative, adds depth to the blend and supports a sense of calm

How to use

Spray lightly onto pillows, bedding or into the air before sleep. For children aged 6 months and over, spritz onto a nearby muslin or fabric rather than directly onto skin or bedding they will contact.
