Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast, Olive Oil, Improver (Wheat Flour, Flour Treatment Agent: E300), Deactivated Yeast, Dextramalt (Wheat Malt).

How to Cook

For the best rise and texture, let the dough thaw slowly and give it time to prove before shaping. A rested dough is easier to stretch and helps create a light middle with a crisp, golden edge.

  • Defrost in a sealed container at room temperature for around 4 hours.
  • Or leave it overnight in the fridge, in a sealed container.
  • Bring it back to room temperature for about 1 hour before you shape it.
  • Cover with a slightly damp cloth while proving.
  • Stretch or roll gently, then add sauce and toppings.

Preheat your oven to 220°C Fan / 475°F / Gas Mark 9 or as hot as your oven safely allows. Bake until the crust is golden, the base is cooked through and the toppings are bubbling. If you want a more homemade pizza dough finish, keep the toppings light so the dough can rise evenly.

This pizza dough ball also makes a tasty focaccia-style loaf. After proving, knead lightly, shape into a flat loaf and finish with olive oil, sea salt, garlic and rosemary. Bake at 180°C Fan / 400°F / Gas Mark 6 for 10-12 minutes.
