Mixed Spice ORGANIC (per 50g)

A warm, aromatic blend of organic coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, fennel, nutmeg and cloves. A classic spice mix that works across baking, puddings and savoury cooking.

Ways to use it

• Baking: add to fruit cakes, Christmas pudding, mince pies, scones and spiced biscuits.
• Puddings and desserts: stir into crumbles, rice pudding and poached fruit.
• Savoury dishes: use in curries, dahls and slow-cooked stews for a rounded warmth.
• Drinks: add a pinch to mulled drinks, chai or spiced warm milk.

Pairs well with apple, pear, dried fruit, orange zest, treacle and dark sugar.

May contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, nuts, peanut, sesame, soya and/or sulphur dioxide.

Refilled loose in 50g portions — no unnecessary packaging. Bring your own container in-store, or we’ll pack it plastic-free for delivery.

As a bulk foods store, despite maintaining a Five-Star Food Hygiene rating, the presence of allergens cannot be fully eliminated. Sacks of products containing allergens are opened and closed daily as we scoop and refill our shop dispensers. We use separate scoops for each product and store each product in its own container or original sack — however, products containing allergens are not stored or packed in a self-contained area.

This means all products may contain traces of allergens due to cross-contamination.

Where a product is indicated as free from a particular allergen, this means it has not been formulated from or wholly derived from that ingredient. Allergen handling procedures are in place throughout our supply chain to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, but this cannot be guaranteed.
