A topical magnesium cream for tired muscles and evening recovery. Napiers Magnesium Muscle & Sleep Cream uses ultra-pure Zechstein magnesium chloride — sourced from a prehistoric sea deposit over 250 million years old, naturally protected from modern contamination — in a lightweight, easy-absorbing formula.

Each 5ml application delivers 500mg of magnesium chloride and 60mg of elemental magnesium.

About Zechstein magnesium

Zechstein magnesium chloride is widely regarded as one of the purest sources of magnesium available. Formed in an ancient inland sea and sealed underground for millions of years, it is free from modern environmental pollutants. Applying magnesium transdermally — directly to the skin — allows targeted use on specific areas such as the legs, shoulders, back and feet.

How to use

Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin on areas that feel tense or fatigued. Allow to absorb fully. Use after exercise, after a long day, or as part of an evening wind-down routine. Start with a small amount and build up as needed.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free local delivery on all orders over £40 — otherwise a small service fee of £4.00 applies.

How long does delivery take?

We pick and pack your order within 2 working days, then send it on its way via Royal Mail. You can expect delivery within 5 working days from when you place your order.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday — we'll do our best to dispatch the same day, though during busy periods it may take 1–3 days. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering. Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

What packaging do you use?

All orders are packed using reused and repurposed cardboard boxes and paper from our own deliveries. We use paper tape — no plastic in sight. For local deliveries, we also collect and reuse our own containers, so very little goes to waste.
