Freeze-drying is the most gentle way to preserve the natural shape, colour and goodness of the fruit.

100g is equivalent to Approximately 1kg of Fresh Strawberries

Use for baking, toppings, granola, ice cream, pancakes and cakes.

As a bulk foods store, despite going above and beyond our Five-Star Food Hygiene, the presence of allergens is inevitable.

Sacks of food products containing allergens are opened and closed on a daily basis as we scoop and refill our shop dispensers.

We use separate scoops for each product and store each product separately in their own containers or original sacks.

However, the products containing allergens are not stored, or packed, in a self-contained area.

This means that all products may contain traces of other allergens due to cross-contamination.
