How to use

Fill your Forever Bottle — use the pump to transfer washing up liquid from the 2.5L bulk tub into your amber Forever Bottle. Fill to your desired level.
Use as normal — pump directly onto your Bamboo Dish Brush or a sponge and wash as you would with any washing up liquid.
When you run low — simply refill from your bulk tub. No need to buy a new bottle.
When your bulk tub is empty — return it to The Village Refill for a refill, or purchase a refill online.
Dish Brush care — when the brush head wears out, simply remove and replace the head. No need to replace the whole brush.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free local delivery on all orders over £40 — otherwise a small service fee of £4.00 applies. We also deliver nationwide using Royal Mail. Price based on weight. Free delivery on orders over £75.

How long does delivery take?

We pick and pack your order within 2 working days, then send it on its way via Royal Mail. You can expect delivery within 5 working days from when you place your order.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday — we'll do our best to dispatch the same day, though during busy periods it may take 1–3 days. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering. Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

What packaging do you use?

All orders are packed using reused and repurposed cardboard boxes and paper from our own deliveries. We use paper tape — no plastic in sight. For local deliveries, we also collect and reuse our own containers, so very little goes to waste.
