How to use

Place one tablet directly into the empty drum.

Run a hot cycle (60°C or above) with no clothes, detergent, or softener.

Wipe away any loosened residue from the drum and door seal after the cycle.

Repeat monthly, or whenever your machine needs a refresh — especially if you wash mainly at low temperatures.

For dishwashers (8-pack only): Place one tablet in the base of an empty dishwasher and run a full hot cycle.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free local delivery on all orders over £40 — otherwise a small service fee of £4.00 applies.

How long does delivery take?

We pick and pack your order within 2 working days, then send it on its way via Royal Mail. You can expect delivery within 5 working days from when you place your order.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday — we'll do our best to dispatch the same day, though during busy periods it may take 1–3 days. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering. Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

What packaging do you use?

All orders are packed using reused and repurposed cardboard boxes and paper from our own deliveries. We use paper tape — no plastic in sight. For local deliveries, we also collect and reuse our own containers, so very little goes to waste.
