Chamomile Flowers ORGANIC (per 100g)

How to brew

• Use 1 teaspoon per cup — add a little more for a fuller flavour.
• Pour over freshly boiled water and cover while it steeps for 3–5 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy as it is, or sweeten lightly with honey.
• Try a second, shorter infusion to make the most of your flowers.

Use filtered water for the cleanest taste, and keep the cup covered while steeping to hold the aroma in.

As a bulk foods store, despite maintaining a Five-Star Food Hygiene rating, the presence of allergens cannot be fully eliminated. Sacks of products containing allergens are opened and closed daily as we scoop and refill our shop dispensers. We use separate scoops for each product and store each product in its own container or original sack — however, products containing allergens are not stored or packed in a self-contained area.

This means all products may contain traces of allergens due to cross-contamination.

Where a product is indicated as free from a particular allergen, this means it has not been formulated from or wholly derived from that ingredient. Allergen handling procedures are in place throughout our supply chain to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, but this cannot be guaranteed.
