Storage

Keep frozen until you are ready to bake. Once cooked, enjoy promptly for the best flavour and texture.

How to Cook

For the best result, bake from frozen. Place the pastry on a baking tray and pre-heat the oven to 220°C Fan/Gas Mark 9. Once ready, reduce the temperature to 190°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and bake for 20–23 minutes, or until the pastry is evenly golden. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes so the layers stay crisp and the filling settles.

Helpful baking tip:

Do not overcrowd the tray, as good airflow helps the pastry rise evenly and finish with a lighter texture
