How to Cook:
Simply add this Coconut Curry Lentil Soup Mix to 7 cups of water in a large pot.
Bring to the boil, turn heat down and simmer until lentils are soft (20-30 minutes).
To create creamier soup, add a cup of coconut cream or milk after soup has cooked.
