Local delivery customers — simply leave your empties out and we'll swap them for a clean, pre-filled one. No mess, no waste.

Postal customers — just pop your empties in the post and order a replacement.

  • Decant into your own bottles, or swap your lotion pump directly (available to purchase separately)
  • Bottles and jars are subject to a returnable deposit — returned as store credit when you hand back clean, undamaged empties.
