If you order refills for your own bottles or our 'forever bottles', the refills are delivered to you in these glass amber bottles, which can be returned for reuse. When you return the bottles, the deposit you paid when you purchased your refill is credited back to your account to spend on your next order.

The Doorstep Refill Bag

These high quality jute bags are designed to hold your doorstep refill orders and your empties.

You can order these bags, but you also get them free with your doorstep refills, the idea being that you return your refills in them. Each bag comfortably holds 6 bottles or jars.

Nothing Goes to Waste

No packaging goes to waste here. We reuse every box, bag, and sheet of cardboard that comes through our doors — so your order might arrive in a reused box, wrapped with paper tape and recycled packaging material. It's not pretty packaging, it's purposeful packaging.

To do our part for the planet, we created our Deposit & Return Scheme — a sustainable loop that lets us reuse packaging year after year. Return your bottles, bags, or jars and your deposit goes straight back to your account. One refill at a time.
