Kit includes
- 100ml witch hazel in glass bottle
- 10ml bottle of ORGANIC lavender essential oil (1ml = 20 drops)
- 150ml of distilled water in aluminium bottle
- stainless steel mini funnel
- 100ml glass amber bottle with atomiser/mist spray and cap
Ingredients
Witch hazel is a natural astringent. It’s most known for a good cleanser or toner for the skin. Added to aromatherapy sprays, it helps combine the essential oils with the water.
Distilled water is used as its purer than tap water.
Organic Lavender Oil only 20 drips per 100ml is needed. Lavender essential oil is most popular for its aromatherapy benefits to reduce anxious minds and aid a restful nights sleep.
Instructions
Using the small funnel, pour 20ml of witch hazel and 20 drops of lavender essential oil into the amber glass atomiser bottle.
Fill the rest of the bottle with 75ml of distilled water and shake to mix all of the ingredients.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use
Spray a generous amount onto your pillow to relax you as you drift into a peaceful sleep.
