Use the wraps around your kitchen to wrap cheese, bread, half cut fruit and vegetables; keeping them fresh and tasty. Take your sandwiches, cakes and fruit to work or school every day - hand wash with mild soap in cold water and dry and have the same wrap ready for the following day.
Each wrap is cut, waxed and packaged lovingly by hand in Oxfordshire.

Washing Your Wrap
As long as you are using mild soap and cold water there is no specific way to do it, but this is how we wash ours:
- Run a couple of inches of cold water in the sink with a mild soap to make bubbles;
- Place your wrap in the sink and use a cloth and gently wipe the wrap, back and front, to get rid of any residue from the food;
- Leave the wrap to dry. We place them on tea towels to air dry over night however you can dry them immediately after washing them so you can reuse them straight away.
To quickly dry your wrap we recommend just blotting them dry with a tea towel over the front and back.
And voila, your Sweet Bee beeswax wrap is ready to reuse again and again in place of clingfilm!
Refreshing Your Wrap
When your Sweet Bee wrap has been well loved, it might be time to give it a new lease of life. Turn your oven on to 140°C, and whilst it is warming up, line an oven tray with baking paper and lay your wrap on it. When the oven is up to temperature, put the oven tray in for 2 minutes or until all the creases have gone. Then take your wrap out of the oven, hold it by the top corners and waft it to dry (be careful not to burn yourself). After a minute or so it should be completely dry and your Sweet Bee wrap will look as good as new.
Reviving your wraps is not something that needs to be done regularly. We have been using some of our wraps at home for 6 months and they have only needed to go through this process once.
