How to Prepare
Soak the beans in plenty of cold water overnight.
Drain the soaked beans and rinse thoroughly in cold water. Place in a pan, cover with fresh water and bring to the boil. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes, cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes or until the beans are tender.
Just add passata, smoked paprika and tomato puree, some fresh organic onion, garlic and celery and a little sea salt and organic olive oil.
Serve on freshly toasted sourdough bread.
